Oklahoma Sooners Football Recruiting: JUCO OL Tramonda Moore commits to Oklahoma

The Oklahoma City native originally signed with Oklahoma State in 2016.

The Oklahoma Sooners received some fantastic news on Sunday night, as JUCO offensive tackle Tramonda Moore announced his intention to play in Norman.

Moore, who played his high school ball in Oklahoma City (John Marshall HS), originally signed with the Oklahoma State Cowboys in February of 2016. However, Moore experienced some academic issues and was forced to take the JUCO route, landing at Independence CC in Kansas. Originally rated as a four-star recruit coming out of high school, he’s continued to show off his skill set and is currently rated as the No. 1 JUCO OT by 247Sports.

Oklahoma State folks were confident that Moore would eventually end up where he originally signed, but that all changed when the Oklahoma staff swooped in with a scholarship offer on Sunday. It would only take him a few hours to make up his mind after that.
