Nate Hybl Released from Jacksonville Camp

Former Oklahoma Sooners Quarterback and Rose Bowl MVP Nate Hybl was released today by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Hybl was among eight players waived today by the Jaguars.
Two of the eight are first-year players. The others are veterans, with Compton the most experienced at 13 years. Ransom is in his eighth year, Allen his fifth, Osika and McClain are in their third, and Hybl is a second-year player.
The Jaguars’ roster now stands at 78 players, and the team has until 4:00 p.m. Tuesday to get down to the 65-man roster limit. At this time they also have six NFL Europe roster exemptions. The deadline for final cuts to 53 is Saturday, Sept. 3.
